Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask your web advisor if they have the experience to get you RESULTS from your online marketing spend. I've learned that consumers don't really "want a website." They want and need leads, new business, and sales! Does the person you're talking to have a plan to accomplish the bigger picture, and not just take your money for a quick website?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I've helped hundreds of small businesses over the last 10 years market online more effectively. I am not a geek speak type (even though I do understand well the language). I am a sales and marketing veteran that will help you focus and develop the key marketing messages for your new website that will get the desired results that you're looking for.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Seeing my clients get excited about new business coming from their new website! Challenging my clients to really think about goals, objectives, messaging, calls to action, etc. for their new site. I also love to educate my clients on the many aspects of online marketing.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Kicking and screaming! Ha. No actually the problem that I have been trying to solve for years, is how to bridge the gap between the low-end, cheap looking websites that just don’t work, and the expense of the high-end custom design shops that do great work, but charge for every little add-on. How could I bring high quality, high value websites to the new or small business that is very budget conscious, or just cash strapped from the recent economic downturn?
I started websitebymidnight.com in the Fall of 2010, to bring great website builder technology, valuable services and guides to get started, and personal assistance to develop and market your new site; “to the masses,” that are affordable, and quick to implement.
I firmly believe the opportunities are endless for small businesses to take advantage of the internet as their PRIMARY vehicle for marketing their products and services, get new customers, and grow client relationships. And it all starts with a great website!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. ALWAYS! I get over 300 emails every day about the latest online marketing this and that. I look at all of them, pick the best, and send along to my clients. I sit in on 4-5 webinars every month. I get updates from key industry thought leaders. I'm very tied in to people and information websites to help stay current on everything online marketing related!
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Making the process for my clients as streamlined as possible. I want this to be easy and fun, but I do need them to get involved!
